Albert’s father’s funeral and the All-Auckland Bop Champs are on the same day, and the Duckrockers are expected at both. An overwhelmed Albert grapples with grief and guilt, struggling with his stern, angry Uncle Pepe as his dad’s life is remembered in a moving memorial service. Meanwhile, across town, the rest of the Duckrockers face down the Flaw Rubberz and Lupe hatches a scheme to shame their rivals in front of the city’s best boppers in a thrilling and emotional season finale.
